McDonald's in Helmstedt

I have never eaten so bad from Mc Donalds in my life. Everything is absolutely inedible ice cold and even slightly hard, as if it was already a day old. So if you know what it tastes like to eat french fries the next day without warming up, then you know what it tastes like. Unfortunately we can throw everything away and we are super disappointed.

Actually ok except for the flabby fries. And something else in general. Why is it not possible to design all doors in such a way that I do not have to touch the handle. Hygiene should be reconsidered.

Service is very fast because you can't complain but there was a lack of friendliness

Was delicious, but was disappointed when I had to find out that the big milk shake is only 0.4 and the paper straw is absolutely unsuitable ...

Next time please put someone at the counter who also understands German :) Wanted an ice cream !!

It's okay :) I love the cheese corners hehehe .. As long as you treat yourself to this once a year, it's okay, but I don't need it every week. The burgers are quite good, but I prefer to cook them myself. It's worth it just for the chicken nuggets and the cheese wedges ❤️ 👁️👅👁️

...Solution: all restaurants closed - the organizational handling at McDonald is just VERY good! I was surprised how well it was received. Fast, hot and it was delicious. You just met in the parking lot - and everyone was full and satisfied👍👍

What a horrible person was standing there on Saturday morning at MC Drive (I ordered inside, that's why we heard that), he treated his colleague so much from above, shows her, it's not possible, I felt so sorry for the woman. We'll always first see who is working and if it is this unfriendly person, we'll go again. To the nice lady who was presented in this way, we thought she was incredibly great, she helped us very much and had an angelic patience! It's only because of you that I give stars at all.

The Mc Drive is a disaster, things are forgotten all the time, but you are not allowed to stop and check if you often order 5 people you have not even looked through it ... every time you drive an extra lap to get the missing things ... . or canceling the wrong order ..... really isn't fun anymore

Ordered a double pack menu and had to wait 10 even though nothing was going on! The BigMac was cold because it was made immediately and then it stood on the tray until the McRib was made ... The Mystery glasses are a complete failure! Since you could / should have come up with more! Sad Mcdonalds

Always good. Of course you don't have to go there every day. But the in-house app should urgently be revised. When it came to orders, one or the other was lost. But all in all good.

If it says ORDER then you have to be able to order verbally, is that one thing, and the other is as a driver for direct pick-ups, you have to drive (in the dark) X times in a circle, burdening the environment and your wallet. Improvement is brighter ILLUMINATION, better signage for this driveway, otherwise staff and service are very friendly!

Seldom has it been seen that so much was forgotten in an order: straws, fruit squeezers, cinnamon rolls ... Some of the staff hardly understood German. With hands and feet it was 😉 Otherwise clean

So often something is forgotten in the mcdrive. The same theater every time. If it is noticed, the other food will be cold until the subsequent delivery. Does not work! When I think about what I pay each time and in the end don't get any benefit. Bad branch!

Food in and of itself always good and fresh, but when certain staff is there, unfortunately there is always a lot of hectic, although you could actually work quietly ... this leads to errors and on the mcdrive you always have to be prepared for missing or wrong products ... 🙈🤬

Fast, Clean, and not too big

Sorry in the store you feel like in a legebatterie..sitze uncomfortable .. you feel like in a quick snack .. eat well for the money you expect great frittes..durch fried dishes no raw Pampe under the penate ... not recommended ... coffee does not taste ... cleaning your machines ... toilets No thanks ...

We got on drive in cappucino of terrible quality and taste, not drinkable at all and small coke ( aswell not drinkable) in cap with leaking bottom, so we have dirty car and cloths from it now...it tasteed like garbage...very disapointing...:/

Great place for all ages

very modern mcd. nice.

Very bad. We are pure vegetarian & never had meat till the time we were given wrong burger (with beef which is sensitive to my religious sentiments). After having a bite I realized it might be having meat & went back to staff. They (lady Manager) agreed it was a mistake but refused to give any details to file complain.
